Course focus
A maintenance curriculum organized around King Air configuration
Study the listed King Air B300/B300C systems, PT6A-60A rigging, separately identified Fusion and Pro Line 21 tracks, inspection planning and structural assessment, then connect the findings in an integrated maintenance-diagnostics capstone.
Model differences and ATA system coverage
B300/B300C engine oil systems and diagnostic testing (TM-072), propeller control, autofeather and synchrophasing (TM-071), doors, latches and warning diagnostics (TM-070), lighting systems and fault isolation (TM-069), landing gear, brakes and steering diagnostics (TM-068), windows, windshields and electronic shade diagnostics (TM-067), oxygen systems and maintenance diagnostics (TM-065), surface deicing (TM-064), Pro Line 21 pitot/static and air-data diagnostics (TM-066), cabin equipment/seats/C406-N ELT (TM-063), Fusion flight guidance (TM-025B), Fusion communications/audio (TM-026B), flight controls (TM-060), heating/cooling (TM-024B), fuel-system troubleshooting (TM-061), conventional vacuum-operated pressurization and bleed-air troubleshooting (TM-062), electrical systems, fire protection, PT6A-60A rigging and Pro Line Fusion foundations and advanced diagnostics are available as individual online courses. BAT-100 adds battery-system understanding and capacity-test practice with King Air context. The complete listed B300/B300C series package includes the published courses, rigging and applicable avionics tracks; its package page defines exact contents. Further training for the 90, 100, 200, 300 and 360/360ER will need its own stated scope; the existing B300/B300C course does not establish coverage of every King Air model or installation.
Powerplant and avionics interfaces
The curriculum outline includes PT6 powerplant indications and Garmin or Rockwell Collins avionics, with configuration-aware troubleshooting activities. Learners will connect symptoms, interfaces and available fault evidence before selecting a maintenance action. Program inquiries should identify the airframe model and installed avionics so the proposed training scope can be reviewed against the team's responsibilities.
Learning outcomes
- Identify model and configuration distinctions
- Explain major airframe and aircraft-system operation
- Relate PT6 powerplant indications to maintenance evidence
- Isolate Garmin and Rockwell Collins avionics faults
- Complete scenario-based maintenance and qualification tasks
Choosing the right training scope
Choose the published B300/B300C courses above for heating and cooling (TM-024B), fuel systems, pressurization and bleed air, electrical systems, fire protection, PT6A-60A rigging or Fusion systems foundations. Check TM-062 applicability against the aircraft’s installed pressurization configuration. Review the complete listed series package for its scope, price, savings and eligible upgrade credit. Include the King Air model, avionics installation, technician roles and preferred delivery format; current availability should be confirmed directly.
WWAOG provides independent training. Course completion does not replace aircraft-specific maintenance data, employer authorization or applicable licensing requirements.
