What you will study
Map the energy, command, sensing and presentation paths
Identify the stated aircraft and avionics configuration before connecting symptoms. Explain why operation of one powered function does not prove normal generation or the complete ignition system, and distinguish the actual load response from a selected display or warning.
Trace pressure supply, vacuum consumers and cabin control
Connect regulated pneumatic supply to ejector suction and the named consumer. Keep the required test setup and pressure evidence together. In the separate Fusion environmental example, distinguish cabin inflow, outflow control, warning and the specified leakage comparison.
Connect oil, engine protection and propeller interfaces
Relate lubrication, cooling, warning-switch evidence and propeller interfaces. Distinguish a physical oil finding from an electrical switch result, and explain why auto-ignition, autofeather and governing have different purposes and enabling conditions.
Preserve the scope of each indication and maintenance record
Interpret named Pro Line 21 input and loading evidence without using a downstream response to prove upstream hardware. Combine separate due clocks, disturbed systems, corrective work, fresh verification and remaining findings in a handoff another technician can follow.
Complete the integrated capstone learning path
Complete eight lesson checks, six prediction-and-Apply exercises, eight two-stage cases and six fixed records with 18 classifications and two entered calculations. The lab has 24 requirements; its 12-question independent review requires at least 80% and all eight critical decisions correct in one attempt. Pass the separate 32-question final with at least 26 correct. Online completion is separate from practical qualification and maintenance release.
Learning outcomes
- Separate physical energy, control commands, sensing and presentation in two explicitly identified King Air configurations.
- Explain why operation of one powered function does not prove normal generation or the complete ignition system.
- Use pressure, suction and setup evidence to distinguish a shared supply problem from a downstream vacuum comparison.
- Interpret the cited Fusion environmental paths and leakage test without confusing a warning result with pressure control.
- Explain how a physical oil finding and an electrical warning-switch result create different work-package obligations.
- Explain the different purposes and enabling conditions of auto-ignition, autofeather and propeller governing.
- Use the named Pro Line 21 input and loading evidence without turning a downstream check into proof of upstream hardware.
- Combine clocks, disturbed systems, corrective work and verification without equating course completion to maintenance release.
Aircraft and course applicability
Integrated maintenance-reasoning training for the explicitly identified B300/B300C Pro Line 21/PT6A-60A work packages and separate Fusion environmental and maintenance-planning examples. Supplied Textron 130-590031-11 tasks retain their individual 2018 and 2023 dates; the cited 434-590169-0009 Fusion environmental and planning examples retain their May 2018 dates. The exact source task and installed equipment control each case. Detailed supplier/LRU procedures, cross-generation test equivalence, overhaul disposition, current maintenance-program compliance and aircraft-release authority are outside this course. Current applicable aircraft, supplier and modification instructions govern actual work. Online completion is separate from observed practical qualification.
WWAOG provides independent training. Online completion records knowledge and simulation achievement; it does not replace observed practical qualification, employer authorization or applicable licensing. Use current aircraft-effective maintenance instructions for physical work.
