What you will study

Supply, deployment and individual flow

Connect high-pressure storage and gauges to the regulator, SYSTEM READY supply and downstream crew, first-aid and passenger branches. Distinguish automatic/manual passenger commands, physical door deployment, local lanyard control and individual flow.

Tests, inspections and service records

Compare crew/emergency, passenger and high-pressure leak records separately. Select the correct barometric test scope, identify oxygen-clean preparation, and trace cylinder, mask, packing and supplier requirements to their applicable records.

Practice, evidence and assessment

Eight lessons, six prediction-and-Apply exercises, eight two-stage cases, a required measurement bench and twelve independent decisions provide 24 lab completion requirements. A separate 40-question final requires 80%; all activities are required for the completion certificate.

Learning outcomes

  • Trace storage, regulation and separate outlet branches.
  • Separate command, pressure indication, deployment and local flow.
  • Interpret three distinct leak-volume records and test boundaries.
  • Identify component-specific inspection, life and restoration requirements.

Aircraft and course applicability

The supplied B300/B300C Chapter 35 installation: cylinder/regulator, common SYSTEM READY supply, crew and first-aid branches, automatic/manual passenger deployment and individual mask outlets. Identify cylinder type, installed masks, cabin equipment and modifications. Applicable aircraft and supplier tasks govern physical work. Beechcraft Super King Air B300/B300C Maintenance Manual 130-590031-11, supplied Chapter 35 list of effective pages 1 November 2025. Description April 2018; servicing and leak tests April 2023; inspection and barometric tests November 2025. Identify actual cylinder, masks, cabin equipment and modifications.

WWAOG provides independent training. Online completion records knowledge and simulation achievement; it does not replace observed practical qualification, employer authorization or applicable licensing. Use current aircraft-effective maintenance instructions for physical work.
