What you will study
Dual sources and cycle control
Follow both engine supply paths through source isolation and distribution to wing and horizontal-tail boots. Compare a single cycle with held manual operation, and connect distributor state with inflation and vacuum recovery.
Independent indication and SMR comparisons
Interpret the two wing pressure-switch relationships separately from tail indication and physical boot response. Complete the explicitly identified SMR inflation-time, trapped-pressure loss and natural-deflation comparisons.
Practice, evidence and assessment
Eight lessons, six prediction-and-Apply exercises, eight two-stage cases and twelve independent decisions support the separate 40-question final. The required measurement bench brings the lab to 24 completion requirements.
Learning outcomes
- Trace dual-source supply and wing/tail distribution.
- Explain single-cycle, manual and vacuum-recovery relationships.
- Separate wing, tail and physical-response evidence.
- Use the identified SMR criteria and preserve restoration requirements.
Aircraft and course applicability
B300/B300C Fusion pneumatic wing and horizontal-tail deicing, dual-source relationships, pressure-switch/CAS logic and explicitly identified SMR component comparisons. Beechcraft 434-590169-0009, supplied B300/B300C Fusion Chapter 30, pages dated 1 May 2018.
WWAOG provides independent training. Online completion records knowledge and simulation achievement; it does not replace observed practical qualification, employer authorization or applicable licensing. Use current aircraft-effective maintenance instructions for physical work.
