King Air Scheduled Inspections, Servicing & Maintenance Planning

Connect the defined B300/B300C Fusion inspection program, independent special-task clocks, servicing dependencies and maintenance records. A 38-page handbook, six planning exercises and eight two-stage cases teach how to keep a nominal schedule and close the actual work package. Includes six fixed records, three entered calculations and a separate 40-question final.

What you will study

Build the program and clock architecture

Separate the supplied maintenance-time definition from block time, and retain consistent hour, cycle and calendar records. Connect Detailed inspections with the defined utilization branches and applicable dual inspections. A completed phase or a favorable single clock does not establish that every independent task has been addressed.

Use tolerances without moving the whole schedule

Distinguish a nominal due point, its permitted allowance, actual completion and the following nominal anchor. Apply the named interval class and special-task cap. When work is completed too early, identify only the early variance outside the allowance; late completion within an allowance does not permanently move all later nominal points.

Find special tasks and operating-exposure demands

Recognize bonded-panel, interior-removal and other special tasks that an ordinary visit can miss. For the specifically identified main-gear shock-absorber task, distinguish raw landings from weighted task cycles and compare the applicable runway-exposure and calendar branches. Do not transfer that task conversion to unrelated component lives or invent an unrepresented operating branch.

Connect servicing, inspection depth and final evidence

Plan post-wash lubrication, grease-change cleaning and identified material containers as separate dependencies. Choose inspection access and depth for the stated finding. Keep pre-disconnection identification, restored connections, associated-system function, discrepancy disposition and complete records distinct. Six fixed records require 20 classifications and three entered calculations; correcting one record does not clear another open requirement.

Complete the Rev A planning learning path

The 38-page handbook supports eight lesson checks, six prediction-and-Apply planning exercises, eight two-stage cases and all six fixed records. The 12-question independent review requires at least 80% and all eight critical decisions correct in the same attempt. The lab has 24 completion requirements. Pass the separate 40-question final at 80%, with at least 32 correct. The online certificate requires the handbook, mastered lab and passing final; practical qualification is separate.

Learning outcomes

  • Map the defined inspection program to independent hour, cycle and calendar requirements.
  • Preserve nominal schedule anchors while applying the correct allowance and early-work treatment.
  • Select the stated special-task and operating-exposure branch from the supplied evidence.
  • Plan physical servicing, necessary inspection depth and independently supported record closure.

Aircraft and course applicability

Defined B300/B300C Fusion airframe planning and servicing examples from supplied Textron 434-590169-0009 Chapters 05 and 12, with pages dated May 1, 2018. The numerical exercises use that study baseline; they are not a current universal King Air maintenance schedule. Reconcile the actual configuration, approved program, current limitations and applicable tasks before aircraft work. Engine, propeller and component-shop intervals and maintenance release remain separately scoped.

WWAOG provides independent training. Online completion records knowledge and simulation achievement; it does not replace observed practical qualification, employer authorization or applicable licensing. Use current aircraft-effective maintenance instructions for physical work.
