What you will study
Bleed-air conditioning and mixing
Trace both environmental source branches through heat exchange, bypass and the common mixing arrangement. Distinguish flow selection from temperature demand and actual valve response.
Refrigeration, distribution and sensing
Connect the right-engine-driven compressor to cockpit and cabin evaporator paths. Compare zone sensors, controller commands, distribution servos, airflow and ground electric heat before assigning a shared or local fault.
Interactive fault isolation
Eight lessons, six prediction exercises, eight two-stage cases and twelve independent decisions develop evidence-led reasoning. Includes a 25-page handbook and separate 40-question final; completion requires every critical lab decision to be correct.
Learning outcomes
- Explain the shared sources and separate cockpit/cabin delivery paths.
- Connect controller demand, sensing, actuator movement and delivered air.
- Distinguish temperature conditioning from pressure regulation.
- Identify the evidence needed to demonstrate restoration.
Aircraft and course applicability
The Keith Products dual-zone environmental arrangement in supplied B300/B300C Fusion ATA 21 pages dated 1 May 2018, Textron 434-590169-0009. Confirm serial, controller and modification effectivity; coverage does not automatically extend to every 350/360 installation. Pressure regulation is addressed separately in TM-062.
WWAOG provides independent training. Online completion records knowledge and simulation achievement; it does not replace observed practical qualification, employer authorization or applicable licensing. Use current aircraft-effective maintenance instructions for physical work.
