What you will study
Environmental inflow
Follow bleed-air supply through flow control, heat exchange and cabin distribution. Separate inflow problems from the pressure-control functions that regulate air leaving the cabin.
Controller, vacuum and cabin exits
Connect regulated vacuum and controller demand to outflow-valve response and safety routing. Distinguish pressure control from temperature regulation and indication when interpreting the reported symptom.
Supply, command, response and leakage
Six system predictions, two measurement benches and 12 diagnostic cases develop fault-isolation reasoning. The course includes a 30-page handbook, independent review and separate 40-question final.
Learning outcomes
- Trace environmental inflow and cabin distribution.
- Explain the conventional vacuum control and outflow paths.
- Distinguish a supply fault from command, response or leakage evidence.
- Recognize configuration limits before selecting maintenance data.
Aircraft and course applicability
Conventional vacuum-operated King Air B300/B300C pressurization. Digital automatic pressurization is outside this course's scope. Study edition: Textron 434-590169-0009 ATA 21 pages dated 1 May 2018.
WWAOG provides independent training. Online completion records knowledge and simulation achievement; it does not replace observed practical qualification, employer authorization or applicable licensing. Use current aircraft-effective maintenance instructions for physical work.
