What you will study
Seats, restraints and cargo security
Distinguish seat-locking, restraint, cargo-net and barrier defects. Connect the observed condition to supporting inspection evidence rather than choosing an action solely from the appearance of a fault.
Pods, drainage and ELT indications
Examine pod condition and drainage, identifying the relevant 208 or 208B details. Consider model-specific ELT diagnostic indications before drawing a conclusion from a test or warning.
Repeatable inspection practice
Six inspection states, 25 two-stage cases and eight critical checks use a 12-page handbook. Complete all 64 lab decisions and pass the separate untimed 40-question final at 80%.
Learning outcomes
- Recognize seat-locking and restraint defects.
- Identify cargo restraint, pod and drainage inspection concerns.
- Interpret ELT indications in the stated model context.
- Choose supporting evidence and a documented follow-up decision.
Aircraft and course applicability
Grand Caravan EX cabin equipment and cargo systems, with identified 208/208B pod and model-specific ELT differences. Course inspection examples use the cited manual baseline.
WWAOG provides independent training. Online completion records knowledge and simulation achievement; it does not replace observed practical qualification, employer authorization or applicable licensing. Use current aircraft-effective maintenance instructions for physical work.
