WWAOG Aircraft Operations

Aircraft maintenance tracking.
From current readings
to the next due task.

Bring aircraft hours and cycles, maintenance due lists, work orders, parts inventory and flight planning into one private workspace, supported by WWAOG’s aviation experience.

Demonstrations and aircraft onboarding by arrangement. Existing clients can sign in to their authorized workspace.

01 / Aircraft readings

Start with a current baseline

Group aircraft by customer and maintain separate aircraft profiles, dated airframe, engine and propeller readings, and supporting references.

02 / Maintenance due lists

See what is due next

Review task status against entered calendar, hour and cycle limits. Project upcoming work using planned utilization and record recurring task completion.

03 / AD & SB records

Keep compliance evidence together

Review possible FAA AD matches from Federal Register final-rule publications. Keep AD/SB registers, applicability decisions and compliance evidence with each aircraft.

04 / Work orders & defects

Follow open work

Record discrepancies and link work orders to source documents. Review work packs before approving changes to aircraft readings, task completions and installed components.

05 / Parts inventory

Follow receipts and issues

Record part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, condition and storage locations. Track stock movements and minimum quantities alongside maintenance needs.

06 / Flight planning

Coordinate aircraft use

Plan aircraft flights and check scheduling conflicts. Review planned utilization alongside maintenance projections before committing the aircraft.

07 / Documents

Keep the source record close

Store and retrieve supporting aircraft documents with their category, revision and date so the maintenance discussion starts with the right evidence.

08 / Reports & history

Prepare a useful handover

Export CSV or print reports for maintenance planning, utilization, inventory and work orders. Review recorded changes and maintenance completion history.

A plan built on your aircraft’s records.

Due dates and projections use the limits, compliance history and utilization entered for each aircraft. The FAA publication watch flags possible AD matches for review; applicability decisions, historical AD baselines and manufacturer service bulletins require source review. Approved maintenance data and your authorized maintenance team govern aircraft work and release to service.

Prepare your aircraft handover

  • Aircraft and installed-unit details, with current hours and cycles
  • Complete task/status, AD/SB and component-life reports
  • Approved maintenance programme and supporting logbooks
  • Open defects, work orders and outstanding records

For an agreed handover, prepare Excel or CSV tracking exports and searchable PDFs of supporting records. We will review the starting maintenance position and identify missing information with your team.

Aircraft operations explained

Planning your aircraft handover

Can one customer profile contain several aircraft?

Yes. Each customer profile can group multiple aircraft, with records filed against the relevant registration and aircraft serial number. Customer access is arranged individually with WWAOG.

What records are needed to begin?

Provide aircraft and installed component details, current hours and cycles, maintenance status and AD/SB reports, approved maintenance programme references, logbooks and open work orders. Searchable PDFs support record review; Excel or CSV exports help structure the handover.

How are completed work orders processed?

Work packs are filed with the customer and aircraft, then reviewed against their source evidence. Approved changes retain a record of the previous values, revised values and reviewer.

What does the FAA AD watch cover?

The watch screens FAA final-rule publications in the Federal Register for possible matches to recorded aircraft and component information. WWAOG reviews applicability. Historical baselines, emergency ADs before Federal Register publication and manufacturer service bulletins require separate source review.

Which aircraft can be enrolled?

All aircraft types and manufacturers are welcome, whether you operate a single aircraft or a mixed fleet. Contact WWAOG with your aircraft and fleet details. We review your maintenance programme, source records and tracking needs to tailor the onboarding and service scope to your operation.
