What you will study

Find the aircraft area and servicing point

Use aircraft station, butt-line, water-line, zone and panel references to locate real equipment. Explore battery access, refueling/precheck equipment, oil fillers, brake and oxygen servicing points before choosing a detailed task.

Trace propulsion, fuel and electrical power

Follow the PT6A-65SC engine, McCauley C779 propeller, wing fuel and motive-flow paths. Connect cockpit POWER, CONDITION and PROP controls with their mechanisms, then distinguish generator control, contactor closure, bus power and indication.

Connect airframe and cockpit systems

Explore flight controls, landing gear, brakes, ventilation, heating, refrigerant, oxygen and ice protection as named systems. Separate GDU displays, air-data and attitude equipment, navigation, automatic control, audio and lighting functions.

Explain the observation and complete the learning record

Study 146 teaching sections, 106 component cards and 44 interactive views. Answer four explained decisions in each of 18 lessons, then mark each lesson read: all 72 decisions and 18 acknowledgments are required for workshop completion. The separate 40-question final requires 80%.

Learning outcomes

  • Locate the actual named component and access point.
  • Explain normal fuel, oil, air, electrical and mechanical relationships.
  • Connect cockpit controls with the component and expected indication.
  • Keep configuration, observed behavior and required maintenance proof distinct.
  • Prepare a clear handover using the applicable detailed instructions.

Aircraft and course applicability

Whole-aircraft maintenance familiarization for the identified Cessna Model 408 SkyCourier installations. Study references include the supplied 408MM Revision 13 and separately identified limitations and task-page editions. Match manufactured variant, operating classification, serial, fitted equipment and current applicable instructions before aircraft work. This is systems familiarization, not pilot qualification or a complete maintenance-task procedure.

WWAOG provides independent training. Online completion records knowledge and simulation achievement; it does not replace observed practical qualification, employer authorization or applicable licensing. Use current aircraft-effective maintenance instructions for physical work.
